Breath Breaks are virtual support groups where we come together to share our experiences, struggles, and triumphs related to mental health, healing, and personal self-care. It serves as a space for open and non-judgmental discussions, offering emotional support, coping strategies, and insight on how to move forward in the name of self-care and wellness. During this Water Yourself Challenge, you can join our Breath Breaks, which occur every Tuesday and Thursday led by our founder AlyssaJai. Thats's 6 community sessions included!
